Self-care has very little to do with trying to “fix-yourself” and a whole lot to do with taking care of yourself. Learning to say YES to yourself, to live your life well. We can’t do this unless we start looking after ourselves first. This starts with your own emotional well-being. Understanding the barriers to living your best life. Learning to say yes and taking action. You’ll learn how to take an active role in your own well-being and happiness. Especially in periods of increased stress. You’ll be able to identify what your Emotional “tool-box” needs are, how to create boundaries and allow yourself to navigate them and make right decisions for yourself when feeling stuck.
