At Pathway-Therapy, we believe in finding the right therapist for you.
We offer a free 15-min Consultation allowing you to meet with one of our therapist in person or over the phone to decide if they would be a fit for you and your needs, clarify any questions and goals you may have. It is important to feel connected and comfortable in the therapeutic space for a positive outcome in your therapeutic journey. In addition to in-person therapy, we also offer virtual online video therapy sessions and phone therapy sessions for both individuals and couples.

Cindy Allison (she/her)
Registered Psychotherapist
Managing Partner & Clinical Director
Cindy is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO) who has been in practice for over 14 years. She is trained in Relational Psychotherapy at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP) a clinical training program in psychodynamic, intersubjective, and relational psychotherapy. A member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT), and the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (IARPP). Cindy has studied at the University of Toronto in the fields of Philosophy, Psychology, and Biology. Transitioning from the corporate world with many years of experience ranging from leadership management to growth strategy. Her passion and areas of expertises resides in the realm of human growth, emotional health, and happiness. Relational psychotherapy is a powerful, effective model for working with individuals who suffer from emotional, psychological, and relational distress.
Relational psychotherapy balances the study of structures or patterns of self experience with the study of persons in interpersonal process. Through the interpersonal process of the therapeutic interaction relational therapy strengthens and transforms a clients sense of self, which in turn enhances the individuals well-being in the world. With this perspective on therapy and relationship, a Relational Therapist takes seriously the interpersonal impact of power differentials and social issues such as race, class, culture, gender, and sexual differences. Working with these issues as they present in the clients life and in the therapeutic relationship. The principles of relational psychotherapy are drawn from self-psychology, intersubjectivity theory, relational psychoanalysis, psychodynamic developmental theory, trauma theory, and feminist theories of psychotherapy.

Tracy Stober (she/her)
MSW RSW
Tracy Stober is a registered social worker (RSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). Over the last twenty years, she has had professional, volunteer and practicum experience in the community and social service field.
Tracy has worked alongside clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, life stressors and transitions, interpersonal and relational issues. She has extensive experience in the areas of grief, death and dying and has worked in Palliative Care for 10 years, working with her patients and the bereaved family members. Throughout her work in her private practice, Tracy has utilized a variety of modalities to counseling such as CBT, ACT, psychodynamic/family of origin, and Solution Focused Therapy amongst others. Applying different modalities to her private practice, has allowed her to improve the social emotional well-being of her clients. Furthermore, her work in the community and in the hospital settings, has provided her with experience and knowledge in working with diverse cultural and socio-economic populations.
Empathy and compassion is core to Tracy’s approach to therapy. She has always been a strong advocate for her clients, and believes that with the right support and correct therapeutic approach, everyone is capable of finding their inner peace and making positive changes in their lives. Her positive spirit, non-judgmental approach and supportive values provides Tracy’s clients with confidence and a can-do attitude that maximizes success.

Lee-Ann Leslie-Augustine (she/her)
Registered Psychotherapist, Coach
Lee-Ann's therapeutic and coaching style takes the path that guides you towards holistic health. Together you’ll look at the major areas of your life and co-create awareness, visions and goals. Along the way Lee-Ann will be there to support you with accountability and work through the issues, traumas, behaviours or negative habits. She has supported people in various forms as a personal trainer, psychotherapist, couples counselor, entrepreneur and parent. Lee-Ann values the use of intuition and spirituality in connection to wellness.
She believes that everyone's life and experience is unique and her approach as a therapist takes that perspective. With a calm, empathetic non-judgmental demeanour Lee-Ann brings a balance of physical and psychological knowledge to her service. She began her career supporting individuals in the fitness industry after completing her degree in Kinesiology with a Psychology minor. She pursued further education in the field of Psychotherapy. Lee-Ann’s graduate work was at Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP) and is accredited by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She also has a Life Coaching Certificate and brings her experience as an entrepreneur/designer and parent.

Jessica Schroter
MSW, RSW
Jessica is a Registered Social Worker, who currently offers therapy to individuals and couples. Jessica completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the University of Toronto where she specialized in Gerontology. She is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (RSW). Her clinical interests includes aging, caregiver support, traumatic injury recovery (acquired brain injury including concussion and post-traumatic stress). Grief and loss and the provision of bereavement counselling, emotional regulation, depression and anxiety, and addressing compulsive behaviour and unhealthy coping (substance use including food addiction and disordered eating and compulsive shopping and spending).
Jessica’s approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, offering a relaxed and conversational space where clients can feel heard and supported—without judgment. Therapy should be a safe and collaborative process, where therapist and client can explore what’s working, what’s not, and where you (the client) would like to go. Whether you come to therapy with a clear focus or aren’t quite sure where to begin, Jessica will work with you to find a starting point that feels manageable.
Her practice draws on a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS, Parts Work).
At its core, therapy is about understanding why we do what we do, identifying the places we feel stuck, and creating space for growth and change.

Betsy Lau (she/her)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Betsy holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Tasmania in Australia. She is a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRP0) and a professional member of The Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Her approach to interpersonal relationships draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She is also experienced in other therapy modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness approach and Solution Focused Therapy.
With over 8 years of practice, her experience in facilitating workshops and seminars on topics such as mental wellness, stress management, emotional management, assertiveness training and effective communication techniques. Betsy works with addressing issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship issues that presents itself in work place environments.
Life can sometimes be tough. Betsy believes that with the right support and guidance, everyone can connect with their inner selves and rediscover strengths to make positive changes in life and those they interact with.

Robin Ha (she/her)
Registered Psychotherapist
Robin has worked with individuals who struggle with trauma, grief, loss, or disruptive upbringings. She will work with the current stage an individual comes into therapy with and slowly unpack the many layers that encompass a person’s life in order to get a glimpse in understanding and connecting the past with the present. Her approach to each individual client will depend on that person’s need, comfort level, and she will go at the speed that feels safe for everyone in the room. Robin will utilize different techniques such as emotion-focused therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness etc. She will look at identifying what may be an obstacle you are facing and try to work together to approach the issue in a structured framework that gives the client agency and understanding of their journey.
Robin aims on co-creating a safe environment with her clients that will allow individuals to practice free association leading to better understanding the material they choose to bring into sessions. Robin studied theories relating to the unconscious and conscious mind where she has adopted these methods into cases that have proven to help clients better understand and mentalize their current situation.
Robin is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). She is trained in Contemporary Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis (TICP), a training institution affiliated with the International Federation for Psychoanalytic Education and the Association for Autonomous Psychoanalytic Institutes. The institution has strong collaborative relationships with other contemporary psychoanalytic institutes in Canada, the US and Europe. Robin is also a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).

Hayley Fisher Rochwerg (she/her)
Registered Psychotherapist
Hayley is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and holds a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy (Drama Therapy specialization) from Concordia University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Theatre studies from Dalhousie University. In her practice, Hayley conducts creative arts therapy and more conventional forms of psychotherapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
Hayley believes that when people better understands themselves they will create positive changes, recognize negative patterns, and make more impactful life choices. In her work with clients, Hayley aims to create a deeper self-understanding in her clients through a strong, non-judgemental, therapeutic relationship.

Marcelo Vega (he/him)
Marketing Associate
Marcelo Vega, copywriter and content creator, is a recent graduate from York University. Receiving his BA with Honours in psychology and philosophy he’s working towards developing his own research in existential psychiatry and sociology. His blog-writing style is sharp, creative and philosophic.
Marcelo recognizes the influence social media and television has on many generations and through his writing, is developing a more responsible approach to daily social media use and its impact on our well-being, both mental and physical.
Through his Mexican descent, Marcelo recognizes the impact one’s upbringing in a culture has, and he hopes to bridge the gaps of accessibility to world literature, history and music in order to allow more global developments of knowledge.
Lucia Gallegos (she/her)
Registered Psychotherapist
Lucia is fluent in both English and Spanish, she holds a Masters in Arts Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. A member of the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO), a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Lucia mainly works with individuals who are struggling with life transitions, pain, challenging romantic relationships, low self-esteem, grief and sense of guilt or loss. She also runs workshops and conferences to empower others to gain insight and effective coping techniques to deal with emotions effectively. Her passion is to walk together with individuals in a therapeutic journey where they can find their own internal beauty, wisdom and freedom, as one of her favourite quotes says, “Change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end”.
Lucia truly believes that a healing process occurs when the mind and body are connected. She also uses meditation and mindfulness techniques to help individuals achieve well-being and self-confidence. She practices yoga, is bad at cooking but loves food, cappuccinos and nature.

Sandra Borkovic (she/her)
Canadian Certified Counsellor, Registered Psychotherapist
Sandra Borkovic is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who works with adults and youth with diverse cultural, gender and sexual identities. She has a specific interest in supporting individuals who are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, major life transitions such as divorce/separation, loss, parenthood and career shifts, childhood abuse, trauma, and stress management.
Sandra has been in practice for the last 7 years, and has worked in various community agencies, an employee and family assistant program (EFAP) and in private practice. Her approach to therapy is diverse, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and holistic. She tailors her practice to clients’ individual needs and utilizes various therapeutic models and techniques to provide best support. These include emotion-focused therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused and strengths-based therapy, ACT, CBT and DBT.
Sandra is a strong advocate for mental health and believes that with the right support, we are all capable of making positive changes in our lives. She offers a safe and non-judgemental environment for individuals to explore their struggles and fears, as well as their successes and joys and move toward personal growth and self-acceptance. Sandra is known for her approachable and compassionate presence with her clients and strongly values open and honest communication, collaboration and forming deep and meaningful connections.

Agustina De Benedetti (she/her)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Agustina holds a BA (Hons) in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO).
Agustina believes in the innate strengths that lie in every person. She works collaboratively with her clients exploring and fostering those strengths while addressing their current difficulties to create meaningful change in their lives. Her approach to therapy is integrative: she adapts the therapeutic approach to better meet the needs of clients. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based practices, and Psychodynamic Therapy. She works within a trauma-informed and culturally competent framework, and she is committed to anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and inclusive practice.
For more than five years Agustina has been helping adults and senior clients overcoming challenges in their lives by offering tailored treatments for stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship or family difficulties, life transitions (difficult breakups, divorce, immigration, retirement, among others.) She is also working towards the Mental Health Professional certification at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and volunteering at Fertility Matters Canada to better help her clients in their journeys for building families (loss, infertility, assisted reproduction, and alternative family building).
