Your vision will become clear, when you look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens. – Carl Jung

Embrace the freedom and joy that life can be for you with psychotherapy.

Daily life can be overwhelming, as a result you may not be as connected, engaged or present. Guilt can haunt your past, anxieties can paralyze the present, and fear can hold you back. Somewhere in everyday life, you can lose a sense of who you are, at times you may start feeling disconnected, dissatisfied and disappointed. Perhaps you are going through a transition in life. Constantly moving forward is difficult when you are experiencing emotional or physical stress.

I openly welcome and work with many life challenges.

Understanding why and how you react or feel the way you do in relationships with others. Helps you take a step towards a healthy, grounded, and fulfilled place in the world. Working with a trained psychotherapist will help you explore your life with different lenses and introduce alternative choices and pathways.

Pain, at the moment they change into ideas, lose their power to injure our heart…
