I am a psychotherapist trained in relational psychotherapy at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP) an intensive three-year theoretical and clinical training program in psychodynamic, intersubjective, and relational psychotherapy. I am also a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT), as a member I adhere to its Code of Ethics. I have studied at the University of Toronto in the fields of Philosophy, Psychology, and Biology. Transitioning from the corporate world with over 8 years of experience ranging from leadership management, achieving your highest priority and mindfulness.
