I am a psychotherapist who has been in practice for over 7 years. I am trained in Relational Psychotherapy at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy an intensive three-year theoretical and clinical training program in psychodynamic, intersubjective, and relational psychotherapy. As a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy, I adhere to its Code of Ethics. I am also a member of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. I have studied at the University of Toronto in the fields of Philosophy, Psychology, and Biology. Transitioning from the corporate world with many  years of experience ranging from leadership management to growth strategy. My passion and areas of expertise resides in the realm of human growth, emotional health, and happiness.

I offer a free 15-min Consultation allowing you to meet with me in person, I believe it is important to feel connected and comfortable in the therapeutic space. As well decide if I am a therapist that will be a fit for you. It can be an opportunity for you to clarify your needs, questions and goals. In addition to in-person therapy, I also offer Skype therapy sessions and Phone sessions for both individuals and couples world-wide.
